Cold email that actually lands.
And actually replies.

We run your cold email program end-to-end. Sender warmup. Sequence copy in your voice. Deliverability infrastructure. Monthly optimization. Inbox placement, not promotions tab. Replies, not bounces.

Most "cold email isn't working" problems aren't copy problems. They're deliverability problems.

You wrote a great pitch. You bought a list. You hit send. Nothing. Why?

Because your perfect-pitch email never actually reached anyone's inbox. It landed in promotions, in spam, or got bounced before delivery. The prospect never had a chance to ignore your email — they never saw it.

The fix is technical, not creative. SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domain, sender warmup, sender rotation, list verification, inbox placement testing. Most agencies skip this because it's boring infrastructure work. We don't.

Everything between "I want more meetings" and meetings on your calendar.

Sender infrastructure

Secondary sender domains, dedicated inboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, custom tracking subdomains. Built for reputation, not for shortcuts.

Sender warmup (3-6 weeks)

Gradual ramp-up of sending volume, friendly traffic, opens, replies, and stars. The 3-6 weeks of patience nobody wants to do — but the only way to start at 80%+ inbox placement.

Sequence copy in your voice

3-7 email sequences per ICP segment, written in your voice, calibrated to the buyer's awareness level. Templated outreach is dead — every sequence is custom.

List construction & verification

ICP-targeted list build (pulled from our list-building service), multi-step verification before send, segment splits for testing.

Weekly reporting & monthly optimization

Weekly: delivery stats, replies, meetings booked. Monthly: copy iteration, sequence tuning, segment expansion based on what's working.

Reply handling SOP

We don't handle replies in your inbox (your sales motion, your voice). We set up a reply-handling SOP, train your team or VA, and provide templates for common scenarios.

Setup is 4 weeks. Then it runs.

1

Week 1: Strategy + ICP

Define ICP, segment splits, value props per segment. Audit existing sender domains (or pick fresh ones). Set up tracking infrastructure.

2

Week 2-4: Warmup + copy

Sender domains warm up gradually. We write the first 3 sequences in parallel. List construction begins.

3

Week 5-6: First sends

First campaign launches at controlled volume. Inbox placement testing in parallel. First replies typically land by end of week 6.

4

Month 2 onward: Optimize

Weekly delivery + reply reporting. Monthly copy iteration. Sequence A/B tests. Segment expansion as the wins compound.

20+ years of cold email. Long enough to remember when 90% inbox placement was easy.

Keith has been sending B2B email at scale since the early 2000s — and watched the deliverability landscape get harder every year. Gmail's promotions tab. Microsoft's intelligent filtering. The death of basic CAN-SPAM compliance as a sufficient standard. Apple Mail Privacy Protection breaking open-rate tracking.

Each of those shifts broke a generation of cold email playbooks. The tactics that worked in 2018 don't work in 2026. The tactics that work in 2026 are mostly invisible — they're sender reputation, infrastructure rotation, list quality, and copy that doesn't trip filters.

Every program is run directly by Keith. No outsourced account team. If the deliverability dashboard goes red Tuesday morning, Keith is the one who diagnoses it.

Before we start.

What's actually included in done-for-you cold email?

Everything between "I want more meetings" and meetings actually showing up on your calendar: ICP definition and list construction, sender domain setup and warmup (3-6 weeks before first send), sequence copywriting in your voice, technical deliverability infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking domains), inbox placement testing, monthly performance optimization, reply handling SOP setup, and a weekly performance report.

Why does sender warmup matter so much?

When you send cold email from a brand-new domain, Google and Microsoft don't trust you. Their spam filters route your perfect-pitch email straight to promotions or spam — where prospects never see it. Warmup is the 3-6 week process of building sender reputation by sending small volumes of friendly traffic that gets opened, replied to, and starred. Skip warmup and your inbox-placement rate drops to 20-40% on day one. Do it properly and you start at 80%+.

How long until I see replies?

Realistic timeline: weeks 1-4 are setup, infrastructure, and warmup — no sends yet. First sends start in week 5-6. Initial replies typically land in week 6-8. Full optimization (the part where reply rates go from 'okay' to 'good') happens in months 2-4. Anyone promising replies in week 1 is either skipping warmup (which destroys deliverability) or buying replies from a click farm.

Do I need to provide my own infrastructure?

We can run it on your existing sender stack (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, etc.) or set up a dedicated sender infrastructure for you — typically 5-20 secondary domains and inboxes, fully warmed, configured with SPF/DKIM/DMARC and custom tracking domains. The dedicated approach gives better long-term deliverability; the existing-stack approach is faster to get started.

What kind of reply rates should I expect?

Honest expectations for a B2B cold campaign in 2026: 1-2% positive reply rate is below average, 2-4% is average, 4-6% is good, 6%+ is excellent and usually means you have an unusually well-targeted ICP plus strong copy. Total reply rate (including 'no thanks' and 'wrong person') typically runs 2-3x positive. We track positive replies and meetings booked, not opens or click-throughs (both of which are unreliable in 2026).

What does it cost?

Scoped per engagement based on volume, complexity, and infrastructure scope. Typical monthly retainer for a managed program (warmed sender stack, weekly campaigns, optimization, reply handling) starts in the low four figures monthly. We don't publish a rate card because the right scope depends on what you're trying to achieve. Book a 15-minute call and we'll quote it.

Free deliverability audit

Find out if your problem is copy or deliverability.

Send us one of your sender domains. We'll run a free audit — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist check, warmup status, and inbox-placement test — and send a one-page report with the fixes. No upsell. Just the audit.
